This is a very sad post. Very early this morning my wife woke me up saying there was something wrong with my ferret Stinky. It appeared that his back end was paralyzed. We immediately made an appointment for first thing this morning at his vet.

The vet knew what was wrong immediately with Stinky. His Adrenal Disease and Insulinoma had finally progressed to the stage that he had been partially paralyzed. The vet said his tumors were now very large and pressing on his liver and a variety of other associated ailments were just catching up to him in a bad way. Her recommendation was that we finally put him to sleep to stop his suffering.

Stinky was a fantastic pet and wonderful ambassador for his kind. Always good natured and easy going. Always loving, excited and playful.

Stinky was my friend and I will really miss him. Goodbye Stinky. 🙁
