It’s Hardy
I spent some time yesterday upgrading my laptop to Ubuntu 8.04. It took me quite a while since the release is very new still as the repositories are being hammered relentlessly and are quite slow. I have to say, though, so far I am pleased with the results. Everything works fine with the one exception of my Cisco VPN client which had to have this patch applied to get it to compile under the new kernel. Once that was done I was completely back in business.
