E-Cig Review: AquaVapor

AquaVapor eGo Tank Kit

AquaVapor eGo Tank Kit

AquaVapor! MAN it took a long time to do a review for these folks. Why you ask? Well, because they seem to carry *everything* and they sent a lot of it this way for me to look at! Of course, I wanted to maintain a decent and fair trial period, so this did take me a while.

The first thing I want to talk about is the PCC Bundle. This kit comes with 2 batteries in white, black, stainless or pink in automatic or manual. It comes with 5 cartomizers, brown or black in varying nicotine strengths of tobacco or menthol. It comes with your typical USB charging gear, a free bottle of e-juice for refills (many strengths and flavors) , an instruction manual and a slick little portable charging case. That is a pretty complete kit, but wait! They offer more! For a few extra dollars you can get some add-ons like extra batteries, cartomizers, a car charger or carrying case. This is a deal that is really hard to beat at $60 and it contains EVERYTHING I would recommend for a starter kit by default. Color variety aside, this is pretty standard stuff. Everything works well here (unless you have a bad outlet and short your PCC out like I did) and the pre-filled cartomizers work great and taste good with decent vapor (and no smell – so nice not to stink up my car anymore). They easily pass my chain vaping drive to work test, and with the extra battery and PCC you won’t be left stranded in nic-fit land. They even sent me an extra of one of their e-cig hard cases in blue. Very nice way to carry your gear around AND it smartly has a spot in there for your USB charger as well. This worked really well for me after I burned up my PCC (again this was entirely my fault).

The other kit they sent my way was their eGo Tank Starter Kit. I *really* liked this kit and got quite a lot of use out of it so far. This comes with 2 900mAh eGo batteries, 2 CE5 clearomizers, your charging gear, a bottle of e-juice, an empty needle filler bottle and a manual, all wrapped up in a nice little gift box for $60. Some people may raise an eyebrow at that price until they look again at the battery specs, 900mAh! Most peoples kits come with 650mAh batteries for starters, but not these guys! These things last a *long* time. They come in black, stainless or pink for the ladies (mine were stainless) and have the standard eGo safety features like the 5 click on and off, so they are completely pocketable with no worry about accidental activations. The real bonus here is the free upgrade to CE5 clearomizers. These things are really nice and easy to fill. The take 1.5 (or 6) ml of juice and come completely apart with replaceable pieces – base, atomizer head, tip, etc. you name it! They work really well for me, even with some 100% VG juice and NO LEAKING. Get these and you’ll be vaping like a chimney! Much like the PCC package you can get extras here as well and AV was cool enough to throw in one of their eGo semi-soft cases. As long as you unscrew the clearomizers from the batteries, there is plenty of room in there to carry all your kit along with you in your travels.

Lastly, AquaVapor sent me a 200ml sampler of their e-juice line ($55). Before I got the box open on this I thought it was a brick. Once opened I found 20 sample bottles 🙂 WOW!! I still haven’t tried all the flavors yet, but I have gone through most and I can tell you one thing for sure. They mean what they print on the label! What I mean is this isn’t one of those gourmet type things where you taste it and say, hey, I think I taste a cinnamon note in that. Nope. If the label says cinnamon, the juice SCREAMS CINNAMON from the rooftops! The menthol is *serious* menthol. The mint will not only clear your sinuses, but those around you by proxy 🙂 The notable exceptions here are those that are supposed to be milder by name, like the flu cured tobacco. That is really nice and mellow, just like it should be. And for you cigar smokers out there, they have cigar flavors that smell more like cigars than cigars do. You just TRY and tell me somewhere else that you can get 200ml of different juices for a little more than fifty bucks. Shoot, most places sell 30ml bottles for around $25!

These guys totally rock with their prices and selection and with the exception of some of the really expensive mods out there, I think you can find just about anything you are looking for. One stop shopping! I know I’ll be shopping there and sending others as well! I’ll meet you there and when you go, tell ’em Linc sent you. And hint that Linc wants to review their MyGo VV starter kit 🙂 And look at the prices!
